Overview

“Cityscape Series”

Cityscapes are photos of city life, streets and parks —it was an ongoing project when the pandemic began. During the subsequent years and with the gradual opening to public places and spaces, Fran has captured these images of the still silent and empty city areas as an addition and for the continuation of his project.

An alumnus at the Javeriana School of Arts and a longtime resident of the DC area, Fran is a part-time freelance and landscape photographer that has contributed photos in many publications and websites.
