(PLEASE read entirely) This is a Canon EOS 55 w/ Eye Control focus, Data back and Panorama function analogue camera body in good condition.
It uses 1 lithium 2CR5 battery not included. Notice that most new batteries of this type have a different specification and they don’t often make good contact into these 25 year old cameras as they get communication errors after firing shutters. To further troubleshoot we came across and tested numerous versions of this camera about 28 of them including the II and IIe and concluded that all experience the same issue. However with this particular camera it just takes to be reseted with a half press of the shutter release button for camera to continue operating, no need to reboot or remove and insert batteries.
Camera is ideal for photography students, advanced amateurs and pros alike. Other than the issue specified above camera is very clean and grip is sticky free. It works as it should and has been film tested.
